i need to re-install a hp lazer jet 1100 and dont have the internet to that computer nor the disk for it i need to download it to a stick

I need to download so i can install the hp lazer jet 1100 to another computer here at city hall. the computer i have is not commected to the internet, nor do i have the disk to install the printer on the computer can some one help me with finding the installation disk on this computer and downloading it to a stick
