Is scanning a planned future support item for the HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP?
I am looking for a Color Laser MFP supported in all aspects.
Any Suggestions?

We are working on providing scan support for the Color LaserJet CM1312 in a future release of HPLIP. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I have just purchased one of these and a factor in my decision was the prospect of Linux compatibility.

So I am very pleased to hear that scan support is in hand and I look forward to your progress.

To follow up on this post, the latest release of HPLIP (ver 2.8.10) added scanning support for the HP Color LaserJet CM1312 Printer series. Go to http://hplipopensource.com to download it.
