Support plans for the new printers (C3180)

Are there available any plans regarding future supported models?
I'm thinking about buying C3180 but currently it seems to be not supported. I could wait for couple of weeks/months but if it is not on the TODO list then I'll change the model.

The Photosmart C3180 has been supported by HPLIP for a long while:

Also to help us improve our supported printer documents, where did you look to see if the printer is supported?

Oh boy - me stupid.

The problem was that this printer was named in my store "PSC C3180", so I was checking "PSC" family (on the sourceforge site) where it was not listed obviously. Thank you Aaron for your quick help - I don't think these kinds of mistakes happen often, but if they do then maybe instead of listing printers via families simple search functionality would be better.
