Margins printing to HP LJ 5Si & 9000

I'm trying to print PDFs to both a LJ 5Si and a LJ 9000, using HPLIP v 2.8.7, Centos 4.6, cups 1.1.22. The printout is pushed way up to the top of the page and is cut off on the bottom, left, and right sides of the page. It appears to be just a few pixels. The same PDF printed from Acrobat on Windows looks just fine. I've tried both the postscript and PCL drivers, and have tried printing via the HP mechanism (DeviceURI = hp:/net/HP_LaserJet_9000_Series?ip=172.18.17.107) and over a Windows share via the smb protocol. Same results.

No help?

I've been doing some debugging on my own. I tried printing the align.ps and putting the settings in the PPD. No affect.

I have also gone ahead an upgraded CUPS, Ghostscript, and CUPS-DDK. Here's the latest hp-check -t output:

Try running hp-toolbox, click print settings, click fit to page on and try again.
