How to change print quality / resolution for HP OfficejetPro 8740?

How can I change the print quality / resolution for a HP OfficejetPro 8740?
I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 and HPLIP-3.16.9 .

When printing, there is no option to change the print quality. (When using Windows, I can select "General Office", "Professional" or "Presentation").

Also in the HP Device Manager the only Options in the section "paper/quality" are "Paper Source" and "Media Type".
I have this problem on multiple systems (and also have it with older versions of HPLIP)

On http://hplipopensource.com I read that the OfficejetPro 8740 has the support level "Full". So is this a bug, or is the option hidden somewhere?
