HPEnvy 7640 stopped and won't start

My HP ENVY 7640 printer stopped on this PC and when I try to start it it asks for Username and PW. I can't seem to find the right credentials to logon with admin auth to get it going.
Note, there are 3 PCs here - I am able to print from two of them, but not this one.
How do I find Admin credentials to allow me to login and get it started?

Hi,

You are requested to share the OS details.

Also you can try to install the latest HPLIP-3.16.9 and again setup the printer.

Write back if problem continues.
