How to remove device with Device Manager.

In the Device Manager window I highlighted the device then clicked the "remove device" button. After I pressed "OK" for the annoying confirmation window, another window asked for the password for user on localhost. I provided my password, but it didn't except it. What gives? How do I remove this device?

Depending on the distro sometimes the delete doesn't work. You can go to http://localhost:631/printers and delete the printer queue manually here.
