My Customer has an HP Color LaserJet CP3505dn printer and they are using Linux Redhat as their operating system. They are currently experiencing problems when printing a file and are getting a "49.4C 02" error message and then they have delete the print job from the queue and start all over again and when they try to print the same job again, the same thing happens. I checked HP troubleshooting and it says that this error is most likely caused by out of date firmware or out of date printer drivers. Can you please send me instructions on how to update the firmware and printer drivers. Thank you.

I looked on the hp.com website and haven't been able to locate information or steps on updating the firmware for this printer. You may want to contact hp total care. How to contact hp total care here:
