F2180 not printing equal left and right margins

I have a HP Deskjet F2180 connected to my iMac4,1with Intel Core Duo. Processor Speed: 2 GHz. running System Mac OS X v 10.4.11.
 I am trying to print to from Photoshop onto A4 paper also 4x6 photo paper. Unfortunately, when it prints the bottom margin (on portrait) and the lefthand margin (on landscape) is larger. Is there anywhere where I can change the margins to be equal? I need it to print as close to the edge as possible.
