Choose specific tray on HP M2727 NFS

I require the HP manufacturer code to print to specific trays for the HP M2727 NFS model.
CUPS is installed and running. However, the third party application which requires this functionality uses the printercap configuration file.

Currently I have the below line:
is1=\EE\E&l1O\E(EU\E\(s0P\E&k2G\E)s0S\E(s0B\E&d@\E)10U,
The third party provider and provided generic information regarding this issue.

The generic tray options are (instructed to use these codes after \EE\ However, these do not appear to work):
\E&l1H - Tray 2
\E&l2H - Manual feed
\E&l4H - Tray 1
\E&l5H - Tray 3
\E&l8H - Tray 4

We require to print specific forms on Tray 2, and all other forms on Tray 3.
I require the HP manufacture code to achieve this.
