Hi,

There is a problem in hplip-3.15.11.run file when it is run in a normal user mode. This issue will be fixed in next version of HPLIP (3.16.2) in a few days. However if you still want to install HPLIP-3.15.11 then please run the installer in root mode.

This issue is now fixed in hplip-3.16.2. Please install the same from http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/install/install/index.html
