setup failling usb

Hello,

My printer was changed by HP under warranty (other serial number). The former one used to work correctly on my system. I run on mageia 4. The printer is supported under the Hplip version installed.

When I run the setup, ticking the universal serial bus in the connection type, I have a blank list and the message "no device found". I expect having a my printer in a one item list.

In the hp check I am surprised by the last feature "error: Unsupported model: Officejet_Pro_6830", and on the other hand :

The serial seems to be the former printer (which worked !)

If I run lsusb -v, the printer is detected.
