device communication error 5012

I have an HP Deskjet F2400 series printer and my operating system is Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. My printer doesn't work because of the "device communication error 5012". I don't know what to do. The cartridges are OK and the Job Queue is empty. If you have any solution, please help me.
