Window "Driver Plugin Required" does not works on openSuse 13.2

Asked by Ewerton Lima Salazar

This is my first question.
I'm trying to install the HP LaserJet Pro printer MFP m127fn on OpenSuse 13.2 (either version of 32-bit as 64 bits), but at the time of the hplip download the plugin that printer the window freezes and does not finish the configuration.
The installation is via network, my printer is already configured with IP 172.16.67.3 and works in Xubuntu 12.04 and 14.04 with the same hplip.
I tried installing on a PC running openSuse 13.2 x86_64 and did not work, I have prepared a VM (VirtualBox) with the same openSuse, but x86 and the same problem persists.
All updates of the operating systems are installed, we use the XFCE instead of Gnome or KDE.
If you need any more information about the system or the problem let me know.
Thank you.
