HPLIP

CentOS 6.6 no hp-setup

newly installed CentOS 6.6
yum updated
selinux config set to permissive
reboot
confirmed selinux in permissive mode.

followed every step to install hplip-3.15.4_rhel-6.0.x86_64.rpm as instructed on http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/install/manual/distros/redhatenterprise.html

when running hp-setup no command found. Search of files revealed no such filed.

executed yum list installed | grep hplip and found out that version 3.12.4-6.el6 was only one installed.

I have been having fits trying to get Laserjet M127fn installed on this CentOS system.

Any insight what I should do next? Thank you.

please disregard. I made a mistake and did not "rpm --force" the install. (i wish i could hide this question,)
