Idle - "/usr/lib/cups/filter/hpcups failed"
Printer is HP Photosmart C4480 connected by USB to Centos i686 Server . Uname -r is 2.6.32-
Connecting via Server.IP.Addr:631 gives me the CUPS management pages and will print the Test Page just fine.
Connecting on a Client.IP.Addr:631 shows the shared printer, but attempts to Print the test Page end in the filter failed error.
Server is CUPS-1.4.2 and hplip-3.12.4 Client is CUPS-1.6.3 and hplip-3.13.7.
Client is uname -r 3.10.0-
It would be inadvisable to isntall latest hplip from source as it breaks other packages/services on the Client and Server.
This was a working setup until the latest client updates released.
