Duplex-Printing with Officejet PRO 8620

Hello,

as im using a Linux Mint 17 Distri (Cinamon 64bit) iḿ not able to print in Duplex-mode! It doesn't matter which application (Libre Office, Evidence etc). I'm using the newest hplip 3.15.2...
Is it a matter of wrong settings?

Hello Martin,

You need to enable the Duplexer unit from cups interface (http://localhost:631 )

1) Open http://localhost:631 in the browser.
2) Go to printers and then select the printer.
3) Default options -> Options Installed -> Duplexer -> installed.
4) Now try printing from any application.

If above steps dont work then please change default value of Installable option for duplexer in /etc/cups/ppd/<PPD_NAME_OF _THE PRINTER> and then save the file and print from any application.
