Missing Duplex print option on HP Lçaserjet 200 m276n

Hi

I've bought a HP Laserjet 200 MFP m276n and I am trying to work with it on an Ubuntu 14.04 system

The only thing I miss is the ability to print double sided pages. The option in the hp-toolbox gui doesn't show the option

Also the output of loptions -l doesnt' show it

version of hplip is 3.14.10

the hp-info gives HPOPtion_Duplexer = TRUE, but no way to select it in a printer dialog when using the printer.

Any hint?

Checking the PPD file HP_Laserjet_200_colorMFP_M276n.ppd I discovered that there is no Duplexer option in it

How can I add it (syntax examples)?

Do you mean the hardware is not supporting duplexing or the software? The hardware under windows works smoothly (duplexing also)?

The device supports manual duplex. Hplip does not support manual duplex in its software.

The device has an automatica duplexer, NOT manual. I know that hplip doesn't support manual duplex, but this is not the case. The HP laserjet 200 m276n print in duplex mode with no manual operation (in windows at least)

I will cross check the information posted earlier.
Can you try including the below strings in the PPD and verify if you are able to perform duplex with the device.

*OpenUI *Duplex/Two-Sided: PickOne
*OrderDependency: 50 AnySetup *Duplex
*DefaultDuplex: None
*Duplex None/Off: "<</Duplex false /Tumble false>> setpagedevice"

*Duplex DuplexTumble/Short-Edge Binding: "<</Duplex true /Tumble true>> setpagedevice"
*CloseUI: *Duplex

thanks for your answer

I modified the PPD and now the options is no more gray-out and it is possible to select it. But the printer still print a single sheet per every page.
