Support for HP M1522NF MFP

I got a malfunctioning HP LaserJet 3055 but got the message from the supplier that this one have been discontinued at HP so they ordered the brand new HP M1522NF MFP that will be delivered to me this week.

Now I looked at HPLIP supported devices and this one isn't fully supported in 2.8.2 (only printing what I can understand).

What is the release plan for this device to get support for scan, fax,.. etc?

I'm interested in the release plan for this device too. We have twelve new m1522nf printers and we are thinking on changing them. I'd like to know if it's a question of weeks, months...

The HP LaserJet M1522nfs MFP is now supported by hplip version 2.8.2

It's important to note that the scan feature is not yet supported, however printing and status are.

There's no doubt about printing on M1522nf, but i'd like to know something about scan. Are there any special problem with scan driver? or can I spect that driver will be release in a near future?.
