HPLIP

Not printing in black

I am using Ubuntu 13.10
Printer: HP Officejet 5510
HPLIP is install 3.14.4

I have confiqured the printer to use only black ink. The status is saying that the black ink is good. But it still will not print. I even put in a new black cartridge.

I need to use my printer asap. Is there not a solution to this problem. I was able to use the printer in 13.04. If there is not a solution, please tell me how to go back to 13.04. Thanks
