unable to delete document and so unable to print any new documents

I am unable to print anything, I have one item in the queue waiting to print and I think this is stopping anything else printing I have tried to delete this item several times but it is still sat in the queue but the status shows as deleting, this has been the same since yesterday.

Run in terminal 'system-config-printer' and delete all the queues.

Create new queue. Run 'hp-toolbox' and see the status in Printer Control page. It should be started, If not, start the printer queue.
