Jpeg Compression-level hardcoded

Asked by Jaimy de Bree

The jpeg-compression has a value of '<CompressionQFactor>15</CompressionQFactor>' in bb_ledm.c, I wanted as little compression as possible so I changed it to '0', now I have the best possible quality with my scanner (Deskjet 3070a).
Before that I tried to set 'scanimage -n --jpeg-quality 0' but it said the option is not active, also I tried 'hp-scan -x none' but that was not working either.
Is there an other option of setting the compression level besides the hardcoded value?

Hi,

As for now, compressionlevel is not used in the code. We don't support it.

Can you help with this problem?
