Glitch, won't print, keeps saying 'pending'

Everything is plugged in, restarted, but the 'print status' box keeps saying 'pending'.

Hi Carol,

Some pending jobs might be present. Please try following.

--> Removed the print Queues using following command
  $ hp-setup -r
--> setup the print queues using following command
  $ hp-setup

If problem is not solved, provide us following commands output.
$ hp-check

--> if hp-logcapture commands is available
$ sudo hp-logcapture
or
$ su -c hp-logcapture

Note:- logs can be attached by creating bug report
