hp envy 4500 won't print

I have a new HP Envy 4500. I connected it and turned it on and it worked immediately. I was able to print two Ubuntu test pages. Then it stopped working on Ubuntu, although it will print oN XP.

Hi,

Run hp-doctor command to diagnose the problem

$ hp-doctor

--> If problem is not resolved, send us the log files by running hp-logcapture
$ sudo hp-logcapture

Note:- logs can be attached by creating bug report.
