Can't Install MFP M276nw

Can't disable 'Smart Install' in order to get HP Device Manager to see the HP Laserjet Pro 200 Color MFP M276nw 4 in 1 printer.
Have used 'SmartInstallDisable-Tool.run' several times and it says it has disabled Smart Install. But when I use the HP Device Manager to install the device it says Smart Install is still running and when the HP program tries to disable Smart Install it always fails. I have installed hplip-3.17.3 and it says its installed. I don't know what else to do. HELP!

I'm running Ubuntu 12.10 with a 64 bit operating system.

Hello David,

Can you disable smart install feature from either
1) Device front panel (Settings->Services->HP Smart install). or
2) From Embedded Web Server (IP address of the printer in a web browser)

YES ! I couldn't find the 'Smart Install' on the printer menu previously. But your hint helped. Its actually in 'Setup Menu->Service->HP Smart Install'. Turning it off on the printer worked and I can now print to the printer. Thanks so much !
It still give a printer error every time I print and I have to refresh the device. But at least it prints now.
