erroneous out of paper report

The computer reports that the HP Officejet 6500 Wireless printer is "out of Paper'. But, it is not and it prints fine from the tray.

Hello Dina,

It might be an old status message. As auto refresh of the status is not yet supported in HPLIP, therefore Device manager will always show last queried status. To get the latest status you need to press refresh button in device manager.
