using the acanning feature on my konica minolta 161f

Using hplip, i get as far as Device Discovery and then my printer can't be found - it is a Konica Minolta 161f. I'm using the Lazerjet 4 drivers.

Hi Michael,

HPLIP drivers support the HP devices, if you are using any HP MFP, then paste following command output here.

$ hp-checck

 Our HPLIP driver don't support non-HP printers. Hence we won't be able to help you.

Can you help with this problem?
