HP Officejet 4620 Not Printing Green

Hello - I recently purchased an Officejet 4620 and installed it succesfully. My system is using Ubuntu 12.04. The printer is working ok, but it's not printing the colour green. If I have an image or a jpeg with green in it, the printer prints blue instead of green. PDF's are the same. I have set the font to green in LibreOfiice Write, but it still won't print in green. I have cleaned the print heads, the test page prints ok, it just won't print the colour green. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening please? Thanks in advance.

Hi Tony,

Can you provide paste the 'hp-check' command output here.

$ hp-check

--> above command contains similar to below output,
    ------------------------------------------
     INSTALLED CUPS PRINTER QUEUES
     Officejet_4620 (or similar to it)
     Type: Printer
     PPD: /etc/cups/ppd/Officejet_4620.ppd (or similar to it)
     PPD Description: HP Deskjet 1000 j110 Series, hpcups 3.13.4
     Printer status: printer Deskjet_1000_J110 now printing Deskjet_1000_J110-18. enabled since
     Communication status: Good
    -------------------------------------

   in above output if PPD Description: contains hpijs instead of hpcups,
   1) use hpcups instead of hpijs by install HPLIP again as mentioned in http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/install/install/index.html
   2) remove and re-configure print Queue using hp-toolbox

   in above output if PPD Description: contains hpcups, provide us hp-check output and logs from hp-logcapture command (if available)
   Note:- logs can be attached by creating the Bug report in this launchpad
