HPLIP

Can't print from Quicken 2008 with hp psc1350in windows 7

I have an older version of Quicken 2008 on my XP computer. It prints fine-no problems. Using an updated version of Quicken 2008 on my Windows 7 computer nothing will print although it works fine on everything else. HPLIP 0.9.5 is the minimum hosted on my W7 system. I can't determine whether I have a suitable version of HPLIP on my W7, or whether it would help my problem if I did. I follow the same normal steps on both systems for printing. On the W7 system, when I click "Print", No items appear in the queue although the printer is "Ready".

Hi Harvey,

Are you installing HPLIP drivers on LINUX using VirtualBox or similar application on Windows 7 machine?

HPLIP drivers work only for the LINUX OS.
If OS is Windows, please download drivers from http://www8.hp.com/us/en/support-drivers.html and you find any difficulty please contact HP Total care.
