Cannnot print duplex on Officejet 8600
I am trying to use my Officejet 8600 to print in duplex mode. I have the following problem.
When the printer is installed within cups using the hpijs driver, I cannot print at all. The printer only prints "**** Unable to open the initial device, quitting"
When the printer is installed within cups using the hpcups driver, I cannot print in duplex mode. The "Duplexer Installed" setting is set to installed. The paper is set to "A4 Auto Duplex"
When I try to install the printer using hplip directly I only get the following error:
error: Unable to communicate with device (code=12): hpfax:/
error: Unable to communicate with the device. Please check the device and try again.
My System is Arch Linux 64 Bit.
