How do I clear the qui in the printer

I have gone to the printer settings and cannot find the Qui to clear it.

Can you explain more about your query?

If OS is Linux, printer settings can be changed by running "hp-printsettings".
If OS is other than Linux, please contact HP Total care www.hp.com
