Changing the localization/language of HPLIP

The printing settings are displayed in English. As I set up a Ubuntu 12.04.1-mashine for someone who can't speak English I want change the language. I downloaded TS- and QM-files for that language. How to use them to have the printing dialogues displayed in a different language than English? Or is there an easier way?
