Printing 6-3/4 envelope

I am trying to print the addresses on a type 6-3/4 (3.625" x 6.5) envelope. Under the paper size drop down menu, there is no envelope of this size. This envelope is probably the most common size for personal letters. It is hard to believe that it is not supported. Is there a work around?

        I added the following lines to /etc/cups/ppd/Officejet_6700.ppd:
*UIConstraints: *PageSize Env6/#6 *Duplex
*UIConstraints: *Duplex *PageSize Env6/#6
*PageSize Env6/#6 Personal Envelope 3.63x6.5in: "<</cupsInteger0 83/PageSize[261.36 468]/ImagingBBox null>>setpagedevice"
*PageRegion Env6/#6 Personal Envelope 3.63x6.5in: "<</cupsInteger0 83/PageSize[261.36 468]/ImagingBBox null>>setpagedevice"
