Background of all applications became dark blue

Hi,
Right after I've installed a suggested software updates on Ubuntu 12.10 all the backgrounds on any applications (like FireFox Browser, LibreOffice writer, LibreOffice calc, etc..) became dark blue. nothing in the application's settings can turn it back.
Please advise

Hi Roee Sommer,

This site deals with HP Linux Printing software, is this happening after updating any HPLIP package?

If yes, please provide more details like what package, version did you install?

If not, please report on ubuntu forum.
