The password screen does not appearwhen I try to scan

The password screen does not appear on the printer menue screen and the printer does not execute the commands and gives an error message that the is an improper user or password

Hi Randy Rutenbeck,

Which printer and OS you are using? Can you provide more details about the issue.

If you are using Linux OS, please paste here "hp-check" command output.
