PyQT can't found

it always output :"error:not found PYQT and sip",but i manual configure the new release. 1qt-x11-opensource-src,2. sip-4.7.1.tar.gz.3> PyQt-x11-gpl-4.3.1.tar.gz.why???
it 's on redhat 9.0

I believe you need to have pyqt 3 actually. If you review the step by step for RedHat here:

http://hplip.sourceforge.net/install/manual/distros/redhat.html

or

http://hplip.sourceforge.net/install/manual/distros/redhatenterprise.html

These may give you some direction. Although these where created before hplip 2.x.x. I'll be updating the docs but it might not be for a release or two.
