HPLIP

Just bought a HP Officejet pro 8600. I have it installed on the computer. It shows that I have a wireless connection but when I type in the IP address it want do anything else and I'm unable to print.

Hi Terry,

If you are using Linux operating system, follow below steps:-

1) can you able to ping this IP address.
$ ping <ip address>

2) if yes, run h-setup from terminal.
$ hp-setup -g <ip address>

if you find any issues, please post here "hp-setup output information"
