will not print

HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus will not print. Our scan to email doesn't work either. It says we are not connected to the network. What does this mean? How do we fix it?

Hi Robert,

If you are using Linux OS, then please run "hp-check -t" in terminal and post output here.

Please check whether you can ping another system or not
