Linux support k209g

Asked by Aditya Agnihotri

Hi

I see that k209a is supported, what to check if k209g is also supported on linux?

These are all in one deskjet, also labelled CH368A and CV035A.

Thanks
-Aditya

Hi Aditya,

Most likely the device is already supported. However to confirm it please provide me some information by doing the following things.

1) Open terminal.
2) run "hp-setup -g -i" command
3) press "0" option (USB connection) when asked in the terminal.
4) Paste the output here.

Thanks,
Sanjay

The printer is still to be delivered, can I do this without the hardware also?

I was hoping I could find out before actually buying the printer!
