The "scan to" button on OfficeJet 7210

By pressing the "scan to" button the printer suggests a number of pcs oder macs in the network to send the image oder document to and then what to do with it "there" (e.g. send with outlook, open in iphoto etc). However, the printer won't detect my linux pc in the network when pressing the "send to" button (although my pc detects the printer perfectly and lists it in the hplip toolbox) or it says I should "install the software" to use that function.

Is there any possibility to implement this feature?
