Second page prints header repeatedly

Asked by chad smith

1. Linux distribution: OpenSuSE 11.4
2. Printer: HP F300
3. hp-check -t - appended
4. Since upgrading to OpenSuSE 11.4 (hplip 3.11.1) the first page prints correctly, but the on the second page the header is printed over and over again over the top of the body text.
5. Print any two page document

Note: hp-check can be run in three modes:
1. Compile-time check mode (-c or --compile): Use this mode before compiling the HPLIP supplied tarball (.tar.gz or .run) to determine if the proper dependencies are installed
to successfully compile HPLIP.
2. Run-time check mode (-r or --run): Use this mode to determine if a distro supplied package (.deb, .rpm, etc) or an already built HPLIP supplied tarball has the proper
dependencies installed to successfully run.
3. Both compile- and run-time check mode (-b or --both) (Default): This mode will check both of the above cases (both compile- and run-time dependencies).

You may have a look at the section about
"Various printout failures with CUPS default RIPCache 8m" at
http://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Printing

In particular compare the broken printout in attachment 380232
in the Novell/openSUSE Bugzilla at
https://bugzillafiles.novell.org/attachment.cgi?id=380232

Can you help with this problem?
