Usage of hp-unload with network printers

Asked by Mourad Jaber

Hi,

I'm looking for some documentation about using hp-unload to access t memory cards (I hope this is the right program !)

I'm trying to use it with an HP photosmart c6280 in ethernet config but I can't manage to connect to the printer :
$ hp-unload -dhpaio:/net/Photosmart_C6200_series?zc=HP9AC08F

HP Linux Imaging and Printing System (ver. 3.11.1)
Photo Card Access Utility ver. 3.3

error: Invalid device URI: hpaio:/net/Photosmart_C6200_series?zc=HP9AC08F
error: No device selected/specified or that supports this functionality.

Maybe I'm wrong and hp-unload doesn't support network config, but I can't find ny information about it !

If you can help me and add some info in the FAQ about that particular subject it will be great !

Best regards

So, is there anything to access to inserted card over network for supported HPLIP printers ?
