Worm on exe file

Asked by Joan Thompson

Both my computer and the original install CD have the following worm
"D:\setup\trayapp\TrayApp.cab:\hpqtra08.exe.A6CC6977_F7B4_4C0B_9510_BCD847D4BDB2";"Virus identified Worm/Generic.BTBA";"Infected"

Can you download the Stater CD for a HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 (A909)?

Thank you,
Joan Thompson

It's been much longer than 5 minutes and this has not yet been assigned to someone who might help me. The time elapse has been over an hour. How can I get this escalated to a technician?

Thank you for your assistance.

It has been well over two hours and no one has responded - What kind of customer service is this? I have another appointment and must leave with no resolve. This is a waste of your customer's time and efforts in trying to comply with this type of support.
