When receiving a fax every other page is blank

For some reason every time I receive a fax now a blank page comes between the other pages. What do I do?

HPLIP doesn't support receiving incoming fax. Please contact HP total care at http://www.hp.com/cgi-bin/hpsupport/index.pl for this problem.
