hp 3650

Asked by Peggy Hadermann

I've installed hp-lip 3.10.2 However I still can't get my HP 3650 deskjet to print. It moves and acts like it's printing but the pages are blank and I have a full cartridge of black ink. I've noticed though that my device manager and my printer configuration keep recognizing it as a hp deskjet 3600 and not a 3650. This has to be why it's not printing anything? It's impossible to find the driver? Is it in the hp-lip? If so how do I get to it?
I've also gone to printer configuration to try and change the device and this is how it reads hp:/usb/deskjet_3600?serial=TH3AE180HJ6B. It's a 3650 not a 3600. I think I need to manually install the driver but I have no idea where it is, how to get it or how to do it? Please help? Brevardo
