HP Officejet J3508 scanner is not detected in Linux
I am unable to scan with the HP Officejet J3508 Printer although printing works. Here is the relevant information:
1. Printer Model : HP Officejet J3508
2. Operating System : Open SUSE 11.2 / Ubuntu 10.04 (tried with both with same results)
3. HPLIP version : 3.9.8
The printer prints fine but scanner fails to work
