My dropdown selections are not working

I have Openstack Newton and Dashboard Horizon (Newton) is release 10.0.5.

Problem i am facing is with the dropdown list and selection. The values in the dropdown menu are listed/displayed correctly however when i try to click on any one and select it, it fails to successfully perform the selection and again displays the default value which was there earlier.

Forexample, if i try to change the "Primary Project" of a user, it does list all the available Projects however when i click on any specific project it, it does nothing and fails to make that selection.

Any help is much appreciated. Please let me know if i can provide you more details about my env to understand my issue more clearly.
