Hi Ahmad, please consider using http://ask.openstack.org for asking questions as the Launchpad Answers section is deprecated for OpenStack. Only the Stats tab should be available, the other tabs had to be removed because the data was inaccurate. Do you have any instances running? If I recall correctly, the nova stats are being shown based on the type of instances currently running...

hi julie,

yes currently i'm also utilizing ask.openstack.org to send this kind of question. but seems like nobody would answer that question. so i believe might be only me having this problem. so means that what i have now is correct rite.. but still i do not understand that why my nova metric still not showing. yes, i have few instance running currently.

i did dig into tabs.py under metering folder inside dashboard. i can see there's some metrics being define inside that file which also releate to nova. what i confuse is, inside that file seems like it has been hard coded to query from nova reqion. how about if i have custom my region to diffrent name? will it affect the querry. and i also notice the flavor still using m1.tiny and some more inside that file. will it also affected if i had custom my flavor to my own naming? please advise.

Thanks for the additional information, it looks like you might actually be hitting bug 1278796, which was fixed as part of bug 1226479 in Icehouse.

Can you help with this problem?
