OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon)

Error: Unable to create keypair: Key pair '123124' already exists. (HTTP 409) (Request-ID: req-79b98da7-055b-4fe5-8fe5-09874d63de89)

         When I create key pair on dashboard,it always give me a message.Error: Unable to create keypair: Key pair '123124' already exists. (HTTP 409) (Request-ID: req-79b98da7-055b-4fe5-8fe5-09874d63de89)Whatever the keypair name,this error always exist.
        What should I do?Any help is appreciated!?
