What is the scoring system in Frog Game?

The scoring system in Frog Game comes in two parts:
    * Modifier
    * Base Score

Base Score acts upon how fast you saved the frog:
    * 9 seconds or less: 30 points
    * between 10 and 19 seconds: 20 points
    * anything else: 10 points.

Modifier acts on your death history:
    * No deaths: modifier of 3.
    * deaths, but completed a level with 3 lives in tact: modifier of 2.
    * anything else: modifier of 1.

When you save a frog it uses these to determine score. The game calculates how long it took you to save the frog and sets you a base score and multiples this by the modifier to give you a score for saving the frog.
